Philately is responsible for issuing stamps. The stamps printed can be postage stamps or commemorative stamps
Definitive stamps are essentially receipt for the amount of the postage paid. They play an important role in both domestic and international mail exchanges especially in the exchange of letters between private individuals.
Commemorative Stamps are on the other hand recognized as a means of commemorating a country’s National different ethnic cultures, historical places, antic and heritage buildings land escapes.
